Processing time is 5-7 business days, and most orders are shipped USPS first class (Large orders will be shipped with UPS), and tracking will be emailed once it becomes available.

I would like to order 150+ journals. What should i do?

All orders that do not require a purchase order can be placed directly on the website. All volume tiering discounts applicable will be automatically applied at checkout.

I am tax-exempt. How can I proceed with ordering without being subjected to sales tax?

Please send an email to sales@mentoratx.com along with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate so you can be refunded or a manual order can processed.
