We recommend considering My Career Mentor for all students. My College Mentor and My Career Mentor book can still be used for students attending university or joining the military.

• Student has completed My Career Mentor journal
• Student intends to attend college & university
• Counselor or Parent will be able to follow up with them on journal entries

• Student has completed My Career Mentor journal
• Student intends to join the military

Start with whatever makes the most sense for your school right now. Many schools begin with a small batch order and then add more as they see results

Week 1: Discovery

• 60-90 minute strategy session (video call)
• We learn about your business/schools, goals, audience, and challenges
• We align on objectives and success metrics
• You share any existing assets (brand guidelines, login info, etc.)

Weeks 2-4: Creation

• We map out design and create content/assets
• Regular check-ins to review progress and get feedback
• Revisions based on your input
• Final approval before production

Production & Beyond:

• Everything is delivered to you
• Ongoing support
• Ongoing tweaks to improve performance

You're involved as much or as little as you want—some clients love weekly check-ins, others prefer hands-off.

Shipping fees for all orders are included in the price of each journal. Processing time is 5-7 business days, and most orders are shipped via USPS First-Class. Bulk orders will be shipped with UPS/XPO, and tracking for all orders will be emailed once available. 

Yes! For school/district bulk orders placed between April 1st and May 31st for the upcoming school year, you will be quoted the lowest possible discount tier without being subject to a minimum order quantity. These orders will be shipped out to each school during the first few weeks of August and should be delivered prior to September 1st.

Please send an email to sales@mentoratx.com along with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate so that we can create a manual order for you.

At this time, we are actively dedicated to developing new products to ensure our catalogs are up to date and that all of our customers are receiving products created with maximum input. We unfortunately are unable to commit to speaking engagements for this upcoming year.
